Parable 136 - Parables of Steel by Robert Dean Steel

Parable 136 - Parables of Steel by Robert Dean Steel

The car pulled up and a woman jump out with her face full of enthusiasm.  She called to her friend in the house that it was time to go.  She banged on the door and with a loud voice said, "It is time to go."  There was no response from the house.  She knocked a few more times and then left.  Inside the house was her friend fast asleep tired from the other woman's latest escapades.  Though they were friends they had different energy levels.  The woman who called out and banged on the door was bubbly and self focused.  The other was more reserve and people focused.  The first woman's acts of kindness were always for self gratification, the second's were for the benefit of others.  Never judge others by appearance but by the heart.
