 To the Church and Nation of Saudi Arabia

 

     You were once a land of desert deities, with local myths, legends, and superstition.  You followed sorcery, witchcraft and evil powers.  Then you became the center of Islam.  Since that time there has been slavery, oppression, religious tyranny, exported terrorism, death, and oppression.  You are one of the most repressive countries and regimes in the world.  People put up with your ways because of your wealth and resources.  You have exploited and have murdered people in the name of religion.  The religion you claim is one of peace but it is not.  You are the center of and supporter of terrorism, slavery, religious persecution and oppression.  You use your resources and power to gain favor around the world.  Countries consider you stable and an ally because it serves their interests all to your shame.  I will judge you harshly in the last days.  Your hatred and support for those who hate my people will be your undoing.  You will fall as a nation and people in the near future.  You will reap what you have sown.  You will feel the full effect of what you have done.

     To my people in that land.  I know that you are persecuted, maligned and slandered.  I know that you work hard under oppressive conditions.  You are composed of people that I have sent there.  Your heart breaks over the blindness and deafness of the people of the land.  You pray, fast, and secretly work.  I have four promises for you.  First, I will show through visions, dreams and my word the residents of the land my salvation.  You will hear of this more and more as the day of the Lord approaches.  Next, I will give you true, signs, wonders and miracles.  You will see a growth of native believers who will be strong, creative resourceful and wise.  Even in the darkest place, I will shine my life.  Satan thinks he owns this land but he does not.  Thirdly, I will move among the young people.  They have seen the pain, tyranny, lack of love and peace in their land and they want truth, love, peace, and joy.  They will come to you for help, healing, and wholeness.  Be wise because some will actually are sent by satan.  You will have to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.  This could lead to prison, oppression, and expulsion from the country.  You know the political, religious, social and economic climate you live in.  Lastly, I will send you mighty people of faith.  They will be strong, wise, creative and mighty in me.  Together you will reap a harvest in this dark land

October 30 – Precious foundations – Rev 21:17-18

 

Vs 17-18 – The angel measures the wall and using human measurement it was 216 fee think.  The wall was made of jasper.  It is red, blue, green and brown in color.  It is a quartz like substance known for its hardness and beauty.  Jasper is an igneous rocks or quartz which forms as magma cools, silicon dioxide will crystallize as it cools. Slow cooling generally allows the crystals to grow larger.   The walls of the city are strong and solid.  The city is made of pure gold as pure as glass.  God does not spare any expense or beauty in the creation f this city.  It will be known for its beauty and majestic splendor.

     You are a country that was started by a very cruel country with evil intentions.  You have struggled right from the beginning.  You still struggle today.  Your masters at the beginning were involved with slavery, oppression, murder, rape and were barbaric.  You yourself were involved with rebellion, murder, and terrorism.  For centuries this went on even to the last century.  I am so sad that this happened to you.  Satan did this to you and not I.  I know those who oppress you said they were of me but they were not.  Now you struggle to survive, grow and become prosperous.  There are two things that you must do immediately to break this cycle.  First, the Portuguese nation must repent and make amends for centuries of oppression.  Next, you must forgive.  Until you forgive as a nation this cycle will continue.  You must choose to love and let go of the hatred, pain, bitterness as a nation.  Then I can heal and restore your land.  Satan will always have a stronghold in you as long as you choose not to forgive. 

     To my church, I know you are small but you are strong in me.  You have wondered what it is that will bring revival and true freedom for your nation, it is forgiveness.  You must lead the way.  You must love, accept and forgive.  You must show you, countrymen, how to live in peace, righteousness, and grace.  Through you, I will show the path to healing, health, and restoration.  There will be reconciliation and unity in your land but you must lead the way.  For those who claim to be of me.  You have become lukewarm, you have allowed syncretism of local deities that grew out of slavery, fear, oppression to become part of your ceremonies.  You also love icons, worship of Mary, formalism, traditions and liturgy more than me.  Come out from among that and worship me only and I will heal you.  I have an unchanging purpose for you and when the people of Africa see how I can heal and restore you they will come to me through you.  I will bring a revival and healing to your churches and nation.  One final thing.  You must forgive the Roman Catholic Church because you feel that some of the oppression has come through them and some did.  When that happens full revival will break out and you will be totally healed.

Gates and foundation

 October 28 – Gates and foundations – Rev 21:13-14

 

Vs 13-14 – Three gates are facing the four different directions.  When Moses built the tabernacle in the wilderness three tribes were camped on each side of the four directions.  The tabernacle in the wilderness was a prophetic picture of the New Jerusalem.  Next, the wall of the city had twelve foundations.  This is an amazing beautiful and strong place.  Each foundation has inscribed the names of the twelve apostles.  Peter asked Jesus what was in it for Him while this is one of the answers.  This is their reward for answering and going to preach the gospel is being a foundation.  Jesus told Peter that he was going to build his church on men such as him.  The foundation of the New Jerusalem will be these men. 

The gates

 October 27 – The Gates – Rev 21:11-12

 

Vs 11-12  John tries to the best of his ability to paint a word picture of what this city will look like.  It is brilliant like a precious jewel.  It is clear as crystal and it could be red, brown, green or blue.  Now the reason for its brilliance is light.  Light always makes something more powerful in its powerful because light enhances its regular hue and coloring.  Remember here God himself is the light.

     The city has a great high walls with twelve gates and each gate is guarded by twelve angels.  On each entrance into this city is written the names of the twelve tribes of Israel.  Israel is the covenant people.  They have been waiting for their fulfillment and promise.  When God gives a promise He always keeps it.  This city is a memorial to a nation that has been set apart since Abraham for God himself.  All things have been fulfilled and renewed.  Through Israel came the Messiah and salvation and this city reminds all who came through its gates of that fact.  The gates are a symbol of how salvation came through Israel.

Vignette on prayer - change your world.

 

Today I was looking at Matt 8:35, which states that if we try to save our lives we will lose it.  The way to keep our live is to serve God and bring the good news to others.  Did you know it is the mandate of the church to pray for others in our world that do not know Christ?  There is a lost world out there that will never hear the gospel unless we bring them before the throne of grace.  We have a promise in Acts 16:31, that states that not only shall be saved but our household as well.  The best way to make this happen is to daily pray for divine intervention in the lives of those we love and care for.  Notice I said a daily responsibility.  Halfhearted or hap hazard prayer will not make this happen.  Wishing and hoping does not change the spiritual atmosphere in a family, church or community.  It is strong dedicated and directed prayer.  So today choose to be precise, concise and pointed in your prayers.  Tell God exacted what you want and how you want it to happen.  We have power in prayer.  Remember what we pray for in the name of Jesus will be done.  James 4:2 says we have not because we ask not.  We need to seek, ask and receive.  It is our duty, obligation and privilege.  The world needs to be saved and our prayers are part of the process.

To the Church and Nation of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

 

     You have been both prosperous and in poverty.  You have had darkness and light.  You started off in darkness with demon deities, fear, intimidation, witchcraft, idols, and shamanism.  You fought among yourselves and powers from other lands who tried to dominate and control you.  You enslaved others and were enslaved yourself.  You have been plagued with natural and unnatural disasters all the consequences of your heart and actions.  Remember you reap what you sow.  I counsel you now as you are just starting to recover to sow righteousness, truth, and freedom.  I commend you on your stand against perversion, cultural and political correctness.  I also commend you are your reception of my Spirit and the coming revival.  That will be your salvation and recovery if you choose to fully embrace it.

     To my church.  I am going to increase the intensity of my Spirit in your midst.  I am going to send you missionaries and helpers from other islands to help disciple and train the new converts I am bringing your way.  The entire island area in which you inhabit is going to see a spiritual transformation.  There will be signs, wonders, and miracles among you.  You will see the rise of the spiritual gifts and last days miracles.  You will see fervency, love, unity, and healing among you.  Be wise though because there will those who will come in and try to exploit what is happening.  They are wolves in sheep's clothing.  They are like foam on the ocean and clouds without rain.  They exploit, divide and lie.  They have a Jezebel spirit so be wise and expose them for who they are.  I love sound teaching and stay in my word.  Great days, especially among the young, are going to happen so rejoice, be wise and walk in truth.

October 22 – It is done – Rev 21:6

 

Vs 6 -  The Lord then begins a series of wonderful promises.  The definition of a promise is as follows.  “a declaration or assurance that one will do a particular thing or that a particular thing will happen.”  So what  is said is going to happen.  First, the Lord declares it is done.  Everything He wants to do and

Accomplish has been done.  Like Jesus stated on the cross, “It is finished.”   Nothing has to be added to it.   The Lord then says He is the Alpha and Omega, which are the first and last letters in the Greek alphabet.  All things start and end with Him.  The first promise is that to all who are thirsty he will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life.  This is one reason for no need for seas and oceans.  This water is eternal life.  It is ever flowing and brings life.  This life will be for eternity.  This comes without cost because Jesus paid the price many eons before.

Vignette on Prayer

 

Today my daily scripture was 1 John 2:16, which tells us that God is love.  God’s love is amazing.  What I find so amazing is that the God of the universe loves me.  In fact he loves all his creation.  What is also fantastic is that God wants to communicate with his creation.  We call this communication prayer.  Jesus when He was talking to the woman at the well told her and us that God is Spirit and those who worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in truth.  Prayer is Spirit to spirit communication.  When we pray in a manner we are in the Spirit.  Paul tells us Romans that the Holy Spirit helps us when we pray and sometimes will pray through us with groans and prayers that cannot be expressed except through deep groaning and deep intercession.  There have been times where I have been praying and I have not known what to say except through deep personal groaning and tears.  All this comes through the love of God.  What I find fascinating is the God of the universe would want to spend time with me.  So today let us let the love of God flow through us as we pray.  Let his love be the foundation of our prayers today.  As we pray for others allow that wonderful love of God, be your view.  When we love we cannot hate.  When we pray in love the bias of man flee away and we pray clear precise love.  His love must be the basis of all we pray and do.

October 21 – Made new – Rev 21:5

 

Vs 5 – So John is standing there and observing all these things.  The one who is sitting on the throne

makes a powerful statement.  “I am making all things new.”  That means the old has passed away and

what was will never be again.  Paul alludes to this in 2 Cor 5:17.  The Lord is making all things new. 

Things will never be the same again.  In this case that is wonderful.  Then He tells John to write these

things down.  John is a witness but also a herald.  He is the writer whose pen will change the course of

the future.  God is the author but John is the scribe in this case.

     The Lord then tells that the words John will be recoding are faithful and true and they are direct from

The mouth of God.  God cannot lie for it would go against His very nature.  What has been seen and

done will come to pass.  What a wonderful promise and future to look forward too.

October 20 –

Wipe away all tears – Rev 21:4

 

Vs 4 – There are six things the Lord is going to do during this time period.  He will wipe every tear from

Their eyes.  That means all the tears from whatever source will be dealt with.  He will remove all things

That cause tears to flow.  Next, there will be no more death.  Death was cast into the lake of fire.  The

Natural process of aging and the march towards eternity will be over because eternity is now the

Present reality.  No more mourning because no one will die and there will no longer be a separation.

You will always have fellowship with you family and friends.  No more crying because this new heaven

And earth, have the Lord here.  They will be eternal love, peace, joy and friendship. 

     There will no longer any pain.  The body will run perfectly.  They will be no more sickness, disease or

Infirmities.  The healer has quickened our mortal body.  All elements of sin which caused sickness and

Pain, have been removed.  Lastly, the old order of things has passed away.   What was ,will never be

again.  The world, the flesh and the devil which were part of the old order are gone.  The only order is

the reign and rule of God.

    You have had a dark past giving into demon forces, with witchcraft, idols, shamanism, and voodoo.  You were at times violent.  First, to each other and then with the Europeans who fought over you and with you.  In recent decades you have been up and down.  Yo

u have prospered and been in poverty.  Yet your greatest asset is how you have responded to me.  I have a great future for you if you choose it.  I will once again visit you with my Spirit and this move will influence all aspects of your society.  Satan has seen the signs and plans for a counter-attack but you can defeat him if you cling on to my following five promises.  First, repent of all your wicked ways.  Humble yourself, pray and seek my face.  Next, put on the whole armor of God and with it, you will be strong and mighty in me.  Next, remember the enemy you are facing is not natural and so you must defeat him with my weapons, armor, strategy, and wisdom.  Next, you must be wise among those who serve with you.  There is a secret group that will try to infiltrate you and sway you through slander, deceit, gossip, and lies.  They have the spirit of Jezebel in them.  Lastly, trust in me, my word and the truth I bring.  You will see many souls and many victories if you rely on and obey my promises.

   I am amazed that prayer is such a blessing but it is.  It also amazing that the creator of the universe would want to spend time with me every day.  George Mueller was was called the Prince of prayer believed that God was concerned about the smallest details of our lives.  Think about this, the creator of the universe is concerned about the smallest detail of his creation.  Jesus said that when a sparrow falls to the ground God knows about it.  That is amazing.  Recently we got a puppy who we called Baxter.  Now Baxter has brought a joy and confusion into our lives.  He loves to chase our cats and chew up our stuffies.  This is a small detail but let me give you the back story.  Baxter is a result of our British Bulldog named Balder becoming old and impaired.  We know that Balder is coming to the end of his life and he has been with us for almost ten years.    When we found of from the Vet that Balder’s time was coming to an end my wife was sad.  We then discussed the next phase of our pet situation and Lois told me she would love to have a Labrador Retriever next.  She then went online and on a local market site low and behold there were Lab pups available and for a decent price.  She met the breeders and in one day we had Baxter.  This is a small detail in the scheme of life but God provided.  So my exhortation today is give all the details of your life to the Lord and the Lord will provide as you trust him.  Tell God what is happening and you will be amazed how He answers.

     You are struggling with your past and trying to come to grasp your future.  In the past, you followed the dark forces of Imana.  You gave yourself to idols, shamanism, witchcraft, folk religion with local deities and demons.  You were for a long time considered a dark and foreboding land.  You have also formed along with clans and tribes.  You have little love and tolerance for those outside your own people.  Others have exploited this and use it for their own gain.  This has caused war, slavery, and genocide.  As you come into your future you will have to renounce the sins of the past or you will repeat them over and over again.  You are in the valley of decision.  I want to use you but you must choose to come into love, unity, and peace.

    To my church, I have a rebuke and a promise.  First, the rebuke many of you have viewed me as synonymous with the traditional Rwandan God Imana.  That is why you put traditional practices into your services and festivals.  This cannot be.  Light has no place with darkness.  Bitter and sweet water does not come from the same source.  Death and life are not compatible.  Repent of these practices and serve the true and living God.  Now I have a promise to my church.  In the last days, you will reap a great harvest, especially among the young people.  They compose the majority of your land.  They are tired of clansmanship, poverty, racial tension and lack of opportunities.  They want to come into abundant and eternal life.  You will see a great move among them.  Teach them, love them and disciple them.  The cults will try to exploit that.  They need truth not lies.  I will pour out my spirit across clans, tribes, languages, and nations.  You will see reconciliation, unity, and healing.  It will days of victory and healing so go forth and see my love, peace, grace, mercy, and unity do it full work.

Holy City

 

October 19 –

Holy City – Rev 21:2-3

 

Vs 2-3 – John sees the Holy City coming out of heaven.  It is God’s gift to the inhabitants of the earth.  It

is prepared  as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.  The analogy and metaphor is applicable

here.  God is the bridegroom and the people of God are the bride.  Our new dwelling place will be the

New Jerusalem.  John then hears a voice announcing that God’s dwelling place will be among mankind. 

The Lord Himself will now dwell on earth.  He will be among them and they will be His people and God

Himself will be with them and be their God.  God will now take physical form and will dwell among us.

Fellowship will be complete.  Currently we worship Him in Spirit and in truth but now He will dwell

Among us.  This is a mind boggling concept because how will an omnipresent God do this.  Many

Scholars believe that this will be Jesus Himself that will do this.  Remember Jesus shows himself in the

Form of man and his anthropology is flesh and bones.
