Divine help

It is the beginning of the week and here is your thought. In Eph 1:13, Paul states, And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, What a great promise. You have been seal with the Holy Spirit. That means you have the guidance and direction of the Lord moment by moment and hour by hour. You are never alone and you have divine direction. So as you go through out this day remember you can make the right decision at the right time for the right reason. So let the Lord direct your path today and see his wisdom in your life.

Total victory

It is the weekend and here is your thought to ponder. In Eph 1:22, Paul says, And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, Right now Jesus has all things under His feet and control. That means whatever you are facing today they are already defeated. Jesus Christ will help you win over every foe and situation. God is on your side and divine help is there. So today stand in the victory you have and trust the Lord. He has already given you the victory.

Thursday Thought

It is Thursday and your thought for today is found in Eph 1:20, where Paul states he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, Jesus right now is in the heavenly realms working on our behalf. We have divine help whenever we need it. You might say your answer is only a prayer away. So today remember wherever you are you are not alone. You have divine assistance.

Right hand

It is the middle of the week and here is your thought. Paul writes in Eph 1:20, he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, Jesus is seated in heaven at the right hand of God working on your behalf. You have a friend who is concerned about every aspect of your life. He knows what is best so trust Him and give everything to Him today. He cares about the smallest detail of your life. Jesus is your friend and advocate. Whatever you need He will make sure you get it. So ask and you will receive.

God's Power

It is Tuesday and here is your thought. In Eph 1:19 Paul says, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength. What a promise to know that you have power in your life beyond comparison. You also mighty strength. Paul reminds us this strength and power are available today. So throughout each moment this day rely on this power and strength to get you through any situation. The Lord gives them when you ask so ask.

Divine help

It is Monday and here is your thought for today. Paul states in Eph 1:18, I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, Two quick thoughts. First that you would have your eyes opened. God wants you to see what He sees and know what he knows and you can. Secondly, that you would know what He has in store for you. What a great promise that you will be able to see and know. Today you have divine help and resources available to you. They all come through prayer. So today pray and receive divine help and resources.

Wisdom

Good morning it is the weekend and here is your thought to ponder. In Eph 1:17, Paul says, I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit[ of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. What a great prayer. To have wisdom and understanding to know the Lord better. In these days of uncertainty we need these qualities to know the Lord. Today you can know for certain the Lord when you walk in wisdom and understanding. So today seek these and the promise is that all things you need will be added unto you.

Pray well

It is Thursday and here is your thought. Paul states in Eph 1:16, I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers. Paul is a man of prayer and wishes all who read his letter to have the aim and goal. We should be praying for one another. In fact this is the greatest thing we can do for each other. Pray shows you care and that you want all the best for someone. When you pray you are actually doing the highest calling. Jesus is praying for us so when we pray for someone else we are doing what Jesus is doing. So today pray for someone else and in this way you are being like Jesus.

Love and faith

It is the middle of the week and here is your thought to ponder. In Eph 1:15, Paul says, Therefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, Love and faith go hand in hand in the life of the Christian. It is who we are and what we become. Love is the foundation for faith and this gives us hope. So today walk in love and share your faith. This in turns gives others hope. You are a blessing today so go and be that in your world.

Tuesday Thought

It is Tuesday and here is your thought to ponder. In Eph 1:14, Paul says, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory. What a great thought to known you are His treasured possession. God looks at you as a special treasure. You have His seal of approval. Also you are to work for His glory. There is an old song that says, "In my life be glorified." So today as you see this new thought and way of view. Be a blessing and value what God has given you. Use your gifts, talents and resources for Him in your world today. Through you others can and will be blessed.

The truth

It is the week end and here is your thought. In Eph 1:13, Paul states, And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, We have a message of truth to bring in our world. It has eternal consequences. This message is full of love and grace. Tell others your story today and be a blessing of truth today.

Save me

Sept 12 – Save Me – Psalm 109:26-27

     As often in a psalm of David there is a cry for help.  David has experienced the cruelty of life and He

Knows that his only help is in the Lord.  Now David knew that only the love of the Lord was His absolute

Security in life.  It was the one thing he could rely on.  He also knew that it was the love of God that

would motivate the Lord to save and rescue him.  We can know the same truth if we are like David and

trust the Lord.  Solomon encourages us to do this in Prov 3:3-6. 

     Then David asks the Lord to show how through his deliverance and testimony that those who oppose

Him will have to face the Lord.  David had made a decision to not touch any one the Lord had anointed.

It is Thursday and here is your thought to ponder. In Eph 1:12, Paul states, in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory. We have a hope today. That hope gives us a future. We are going today be a blessing and encouragement for others. Also as we put our hope in the Lord we will also give hope to others. God has such a great future for us. So today, put your hope in the Lord for all that He has for you today and pass this hope on to others for His praise and glory.

Deal Well

Sept 11 – Deal Well – Psalm 109:21

     This is a psalm of David talking about the ups and downs of life.  He shows that life can be unfair and

even cruel at times.  That is of the reasons to step out of the world and into the hands of God.   Then

David talks about His relationship with God.  It  is always good to testify of the Lord.  This bring

creedence and clarity to our lives.  When you count your many blessing it becomes clear on what the

Lord has done.

     David knew the Lord will deal well with Him because He is sovereign.  God does what He wants but

He is guided by His love, grace and mercy.  God will also do it for His name sake.  God will always do

Things in such a way that He will get the glory and honor.  Not because God is selfish but because as His

People this allows us to break free our own selfishness and pride.  

     David then points out two divine qualities.  God’s goodness and love.  These two qualities move Him

to act on behalf of His people.  These qualities allow us to have the benefits of heaven.  It was His love

that brought salvation and His goodness to release all of heavens resources into our lives as needed. 

God is Good.

God's Will

It is the middle of the week and here is your thought to ponder. In Eph 1:11, Paul says, In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will. So in this case you have a purpose and a will. God has dreams and plans for you. The secret of finding these plans are contained in the bible. So today mine the pages of the Bible and find the gems of His will and you will have purpose and direction.

Sept 10 – We have the Victory – Psalm 108:6 & 13

     David then makes a prayer and a statement.  Save us oh God with your right hand.  Now the right

hand in ancient times was the hand of strength or help.  David was asking for God’s assistance in his

life.  He then states that it is the love of God that will move God to act.  God is love and His nature is to

help and assist.  David reminds his audience that the Lord will come to our aid when we call out to Him

in desperation.  They that hunger and thirst after righteousness shall be filled.

     David then makes a powerful statement.  With God we gain the victory.  Isaiah wrote that with God

For us who can be against us.  John wrote in 1 John 3:8, that Jesus came to destroy the works of the

devil.  David saw this throughout his life.  He was a man of action and God used him to win victories.

David says that the Lord will trample down His enemies.  Of course how can you defeat the God of the

Universe.  Satan tried and was soundly defeated.  Jesus did that again on the cross.  So today stand in

The victory of God.  The Lord is with you so no one can be against you.  Remember that as you go

Throughout your day.

Tuesday Thought

It is Tuesday and here is your thought. In Eph 6:10, Paul states, to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment—to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ. God is fulfilling things right now both in heaven and earth. In your life he will fulfill all His promises and dreams. You have a destiny and God will fulfill it in your life as your yield to Him today. So today be all you can be in Christ and touch your world. You are a blessing so be it today.

It is the beginning of the week and here is your thought to ponder. In Eph 1:9 Paul says, he[ made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, We all love a good mystery and God shows us a mystery. He actually allows us to be part of will today. You and I are to be like Jesus today. We get to show the love, peace, grace and joy of the Lord today. So do two thing today. Be like Jesus and release the joy, love, peace and grace of God into your world today. This will touch so many in your world today.

     The psalmist encourages His readers to cry out to the Lord in their trouble.  When you are in trouble

You do not have to try and face it alone.  You have all of heaven at your disposal.  Ask and you shall

Receive.  One of the benefits of prayer is asking for divine help.  James says in James 4:2, that you have

Not because you ask not.  So ask.  The psalmist says that when the dark time is upon you call out to the

One who has the light.  Light always dispels darkness.  Jesus is the light and He will destroy any darkness

or dark times from your life.

     The Lord will save you from your distress.  He will send His word and heal you.  No matter what form

Sickness, disease or affliction comes in the Lord will send His word.  As Jesus sent His word to heal the

Centurions servant so He will send His word to heal you in your distress.  He will rescue from any pit

Or grave you face.  He is the resurrection and the life.  Whoever believes in Him will never die.  Call

Today and let the Lord send His word to heal you.

Home run

It is the weekend and here is your thought to ponder. In Eph 1:8 Paul states, which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight. So God has given you wisdom and insight. This is did which abundance. You have more than you will ever need. God will help you in another situation to be able to know what to do and how to react. So when life throws a curse ball the wisdom and insight God has given you will make that a home run. So today walk with God's wisdom and insight and live your dream and His.

Sept 5 – Cut Through – Psalm 107:15-18

     Psalm 107 contains 17 promises.  It is rich with one theme, God’s unfailing love.  The love of God

Is so powerful.  Nothing can separate us from it.  It flows from the heart of God to us.  It was His love

That moved Him to bring us redemption while we were yet sinners Christ died for us.  The Lord does

wonderful deeds because of His unfailing love.  He sets the captive free.  No matter what you are facing

God can set you free even if it is something of your own making. 

     The psalmist states that the Lord breaks the gates of bronze and cuts through the bars of Iron.  These

Are great phrases.  You can pray them every day in your prayer time.  Say, “Lord today in your name cut

Break the gates of bronze and cut through the bars of iron and set me free.”  Amen.  The promise is that

He will.  No weapon form against you will prosper and remember with God for you, who can be against

You.

Thursday Thought

It is Thursday and here is your thought for today. In Eph 1:7 Paul states, He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins." God has so much kindness and grace to us that sometimes it is hard to fathom. The book of Ephesians reminds u s about this so beautifully. Our sins have been forgiven and we have all the benefits of heaven at our disposal. So today walk in these truths and live the abundant and fruitful life God intended.

Sept 4 -  Good Things – Psalm 107:8

     The writer of this Psalm has been talking about the promises of God.  There are some 10,000

Promises in the Bible.  That means that one third of the Bible is promises.  Paul says that the

Promises of God and Yes and Amen.  When God makes a promise it is an agreement with Himself and

The person He makes it with.  In this verse God is known for His unfailing love.  His love will never fail

Because it is part of His character.  God is love.  He in turn gives this loves to us.  Love is so wonderful.

It makes life worthwhile.  God has given this love to us.  It is in the form of kindness, joy, peace,

Gentleness, Faithfulness and goodness.

     He has shown His wonderful deeds among men.  The fact you are breathing is one of His deeds.  The

Air that we breathe is a gift from God.  The water we drink, the food we eat all starts with God.  This is

What the psalmist brings out.  Jesus taught that we should not worry about food, clothing or housing. 

God will supply it.  He feeds the birds and clothes the flowers.  If He does that He will do so much more

For you.  Jesus told us that.  So today rely on God’s love, provision and faithfulness.  They are your

Promises today.

Glory and praise

It is the middle of the week and here is your thought to ponder. In Eph 1:6 Paul states, To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. This means that our lives should be for the praise and glory of God. We are the beloved of God. God loves us and expected after we become His children to honor, glorify and praise Him with how we live. Remember you only have this day so live so well that the town gossip will vouch for you and be a blessing in your world.

Redeemed

Sept 3 – Redeemed - Psalm 107:1-3

     The writer of this Psalm again maintains the recurring theme of the psalms about how the Lord is

Good and His love endures forever.  This cannot be stated enough.  In 1969, Dionne Warwick sang a

song about how the world needed love.  God has given us this love through Jesus Christ.  Love is who

God is.  It is foundation of His nature and character. 

     His people are to tell others because they have been rescued from the hand of their foes.  The world,

The flesh and the devil are our foes and we have been rescued and delivered from them.  No foe can

Defeat us when we stand in Christ.  God has called people from all the lands in all directions.  His

message of love is universal and available to all.  Missions is at the core of the gospel.  It is driven by

love, mercy and grace.  God calls all and this love will heal, deliver and restore all who come. 

Tuesday Thought

It is Tuesday and here is your thought to ponder. Paul states in Eph 1:5, that he[a] predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will. God has made you part of His family. You have all the rights and benefits of being a son. That means you have divine intervention and help in your life. So as you go through out this day. Remember God is in your corner and willing to help in every thing. So today be a blessing and work for Him.
