Parable 119 - Parables of Steel by Robert Dean Steel

Parable 119 - Parables of Steel by Robert Dean Steel

There is one constant in the city and that is the noise.  Cars on the roadway, people walking and traffic noise.  Music blaring, people laughing and screaming.  The noise of shoes on the pavement, speakers noisily blaring out music and advertisements.  Horns honking, motorcycles whining down the street.  Big trucks lumbering down the road.  As the Grinch would say, "Oh the noise, the noise, the noise."  With all the noise around us it seems nearly impossible to think, meditate or reflect.  The noise must be silence before you can hear God.  Find a place of solitude.  Open your ears, heart and mind and let God speak.  He will you know.
