Psalm 39 - Psalms of Steel
Lord your people cry out to you.
Give us a visitation again.
Do what you did in times long pass.
Our souls are troubled by what is happening around us.
We see so many things these days.
Christianity without Christ.
A gospel without life and power.
Forgiveness is devoid of true repentance,
Salvation is now presented by many without regeneration.
Many sit in places of worship without the precious Holy Spirit.
We are without compassion and passion for you.
We have leaders who are leading without you.
Now many do not believe in eternity or hell.
There is no fear of the Lord today, just unbelief.
Lord we humble ourselves before you.
We pray for ourselves, family, leaders and nations.
We seek your face and your forgiveness.
Help us to turn from wickedness to righteousness.
Heal our land from its iniquities.
Hear from heaven, your throne, your dwelling place.
Forgive us again and restore our nation.
Lord we cry out to you without end.
Teach us to be holy as your are holy.
Lord today, we choose to love each other as you love us.
We will reach out and show others your ways.
As you have given to us, help us to give out to others.
Send us your Spirit, do not with hold Him,
Change us oh God to see your salvation on this land.
