Psalm 36 - Psalms of Steel

There is a cry across the land,
Lord we need a revival.
The wicked are rising up against the righteous.
Men are turning to foolishness, idolatry and sin.
The love of many has grown cold.
Wickedness, immorality, unrighteousness and vice,
Have grown bold and defy the Living God.

Men today say, there is no God.
They build idols to themselves.
Science, false religion, philosophies and traditions of men abound.
When that which is bad is called good and that which is good is called bad.
We need a revival.
When animals are more valuable that men.
When life is no longer protected and valued.
We need revival.

Revival clears our heads of wickedness and sin.
It clears the spiritual atmosphere of any since seeker.
Revival changes hearts and society.
Hungering and thirsting for righteousness will cause it.
Prayer & fasting create its power and presence.
Revival brings people back to God and the ways of love.
So seek God, pray and  fast.
Then God will open the heavens and bring revival.
