July 16 - The Song - Rev 14:2-3
Vs 2-3 - So a voice from heaven like many waters and like thunder speaks. In the background John hears music like the sound of harpists playing their harps. The music in heaven will be amazing. Remember the source of true worship and music is the Lord. This will be wonderful. Heaven will not be dull, boring or not exciting. There will be so much to do and experience. The light, love, peace, joy and beauty is beyond human comprehension. The majesty and quality of the music will be greater than the greatest orchestra could play or even conceive.
There is a song that was sung before the throne, four living creatures and elders. This song whose lyrics can only be learned by the 144,000. No one on earth could learn it. This is was song written and dung exclusively by them. What a great privilege for them. Often people claim song as their own but this is the song of the 144,000. God has a song for you today. He has a plan for you as he did for these people. Claim what is yours and enjoy the beauty of each moment with the Lord.
