Judgment beyond dexcription

July 27 - Judgment beyond description - Rev 14:19-20

Vs 19-20 – This angel brings his sickle to the earth.  The fruit of the earth, mankind gathers around the great city which is identified as Jerusalem.  There is a great force that comes to this city.  Their intent is to destroy the people of this city and God miraculously brings judgment upon them.  There is obviously a World War going on at this time.  The devastation of this judgment is so severe that the blood that flows from the judged is five feet high and is 180 miles long.  The carnage is beyond description.  This judgment will involve millions of people.  This is a miraculous sight for the redeemed and a horrific scene for the judged.  God’s wrath will be so severe that millions more will die.  John’s heart must have been broken.  So many been ushered into hell.  This scene should break the heart of the redeemed and sow fear into the heart of the unsaved.  Heaven and hell are interacting here.  It is amazing that there are any people left.  Remember satan’s main operation is to rob, kill and destroy.  He will have no remorse or emotion for those who perish.  They are pawns in his war with heaven.
