March 12 - Vignettes on Prayer
The next compound name of God we will concentrate on is Jehovah Rophi. This is found in Exodus 15:22-26. One of the statements found here is that none of the diseases of the land will come upon us. Isaiah 53:5 and 1 Pet 2:24, says by His stripes we were healed. This means the job is done. The Lord is our healer today. Your healing has been provided. Physical, spiritual, emotional and intellectual has all been provided. Jesus allowed His body to be broken so you and I can be healed. So today in prayer claim your healing or stand in the gap for someone else. Healing is part of the atonement in my view so claim it. By His stripes you are healed. Why stay sick, infirmed or afflicted. Be healed in the name of Jesus. It has been provided so claim it as your own. When you pray believe and receive. Healing is the children’s bread. So child of God receive your healing.
