Redeemed

 December 3 – Redeemed - Gal 3:13-14

 

     Redeemed from the curse of the law.  This is a powerful statement.  Redeemed means that you have been bought out of something by someone else.  A picture of this very fact is found in the story of Boaz and Ruth.  Boaz by his act of love redeemed the property that belong to the family of Naomi but he also redeemed Ruth.

     Christ redeemed us buy buying us out of sin and putting us back into fellowship with God.  Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law which was death.  He has given us life instead.  Because of His death He has given us the Holy Spirit and all that comes with life in the Spirit.  Today remember that Christ has set you free don’t live in bondage anymore.
