Vignettes on Prayer
John writes In Rev 5:8, that the prayers of the saints are very precious in the sight of the Lord. They are like incense in the nostrils of the Lord. Whenever we spend time with the Lord they are times of healing, restoration, anointing and empowerment. In Rev 8:3, each prayer is like incense that ascends up to the throne of God. Have you ever thought of your prayers as that. Prayer is not just worship, praise, petition or intercession. It is a sweet offering to the Lord that pleases Him. It is Spirit and truth. So today honor the Lord with your prayers and they will become a sweet flavor in your life and His. Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.
