Last time we chatted I was talking about the first man who really walked with God. Enoch was the seventh from Adam. He was a man who lived the number of perfection. Did you know the most perfect thing we can do is pray. It is the perfection of the true mission of man. To commune with God is the highest of things man can do. It is the fulfillment of divine purpose. In the garden Adam and the Lord had daily talks. They loved to walk together in the cool of the evening. God's eternal purpose has always to be connected with his children. We were created in the image of God. This image was a social, mental and moral likeness. This image however goes deeper. We were created for worship and prayer. Nothing but its purpose gives greater focus in life. Enoch was such a man. He walked with God for 300 years, Imagine that. Three hundred years of walking with God. The average Christians struggles with finding five minutes with God. You cannot know someone without spending large amounts of time with them. You will never know God when you spend only moments with Him. The Lord has a rich storehouse of blessings and inheritance waiting to bestowed upon His children. We need t access that storehouse. The Lord told us through Malachi to test and see if He does not pour out His blessing. The riches of heaven are waiting to be released but we need to ask. Remember you have not because you ask not. It is time we ask and receive.
