Sept 17 – Works of His hands – Psalm 111:7

 

     This psalm contains a total of twenty promises.  In the previous verses the writer talks about the majestic  Lord.  He then says that the works of the Lord are faithful and just.  The Lord is faithful.  He

Will never leave you or forsake you.  He will be true and just to His promises.  Paul says that the promises of God are yes and amen.  A promise is a truth given.  You back up what you say with action.

God will faithful and just to what He says.  God cannot lie because it would goes against His nature.

     The psalmist then reveals that the word of the Lord is trustworthy.  You can trust the Lord.  He will

Not make a promise, covenant or agreement that He will break.  David saw this when God promised

Him a descendent a ruler and Jesus Christ is ruling now in the hearts of His people and one day He

Will rule all the earth. What a time that will be when the world is rule with, truth, equity, justice and

Righteousness.
