Jan 19 – Devotion on Ephesians
19 and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength,
In Vs 19, Paul prays that we would know and experience the incomparable power of God. That same power that raised Christ from the dead dwells in us. We have resurrection power available. It is activated by faith. Jesus said all things are possible when we believe. Paul had seen this power at work in His life and He wanted the Christians and I believe today to operate in that power. Healing, deliverance, raising from the dead are just some things that can be done through the power of God. We can do the impossible because God can do the impossible. What is it for God to suspend natural law to do His will? That power is also His strength. That is why Paul said, He can do all things through Christ who strengthens Him. This power turns a sinner into a saint, drunkard into temperance, and predator into a peacemaker. Mighty strength to accomplish all God wishes for our lives. To live life to the fullest in abundance and health even as our soul prospers.
