4 I always thank my God for you because of his grace given you in Christ Jesus. 5 For in him you have been enriched in every way—with all kinds of speech and with all knowledge.

 

     Paul is grateful and thankful for them.  He remembers them in His prayers and thanks the Lord for the privilege of being connected with them.  He reminds them of the grace of God given to them.  While they were yet sinners Christ died for them.  All this grace and mercy was given to them through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.  It was through Christ’s broken and body that shed blood that grace came to the Corinthians. 

     Paul says that they have been enriched in every way.  All their needs will be met.  They have abundant and eternal life.  There is prosperity and health inside of them as their soul prospers.  These wonderful riches are displayed in knowledge and speech.  Spiritual truth and reality always are expressed.  Worship is an attitude of the heart express.  Remember out of our innermost being rivers of waters flow.  Paul was thankful for the grace and enrichment the Corinthian had and he wanted it expressed in their speech and how they lived.
