Faith without action is like a porcupine
in a room full of balloons. The
righteous would rather live one day in heaven then a thousand years on this
earth. The Lord promises strength for
each moment and for each day. Trust Him
for it. The fool will trust in his strength that will fail and the wise trusts
the Lord’s whose never will. It takes
real courage to serve the Lord. This is
a faith not for cowards or the fearful.
There will be
always plenty of people around to throw cold water on hot faith. Make sure you are not one of Them. Selfishness and generosity do not dwell in
the same heart. The preacher who is
sound in doctrine but has no love for others is nothing but a noisy sound. You can put a person in jail but you will
never chain the gospel. You may bury a
person in the grave but you will not bury their ideas.
