WHAT IS YOUR MISSION

 

     If one’s mission is too small or vague.  Your mission will be led by someone else’s.  Organizations, families, churches and governments are not a stronger than they have a shared mission.  When I talk about mission I am talking about the foundational intention that gives meaning and direction to life, 

     Jesus Christ for example never walked away from His mission in life which was to seek and save the lost.  His family, friends, critics and society did not dissuade him from his mission.  His mission decided his values and decisions.  You saw in the way he reaches out to people.  The sinner, outcast, lower classes, lepers and even ladies of the evening. 

     It is easy to drift from our mission in life by the myriads od choices and distractions around us.  It is easy to take the easy and selfish way.  You need to decide what your mission in life is.  You need to write it down and then follow through.  Don’t let anything get in the way.  Rick Waren wrote. “Let me not watch those running beside me and with me.  Help me keep focused on what is ahead.”  I like that make up your mind what is your mission is in life and then get busy fulfilling it.
