Who is Jesus! – Isaiah 9:6-7
1.
For unto a Child is born: A Messiah Child.
2.
For unto us a Son is given: Responsibility of heading and responsibility
of redemption of the race.
3.
The government will be upon His
shoulders: His has the authority to rule
and right to be Sovereign of the whole earth.
4.
His name shall be called Wonderful: There is no one as awesome and majestic as
this one.
5.
Counselor:
He possesses and is wisdom. He
dispenses it and reveals it. You need
guidance, direction and help. He gives
it.
6.
The Mighty God. He is the second person of the God head. As His name every knee will bow and every
tongue will confess. He came to destroy
the works of the devil. 1 John 3:8
7.
Everlasting Father: He is the first born among the brethren. He is the head of the church. He is intimately connected with the Father.
8.
The Prince of Peace: He removes warfare and strife from the
heart. He gives peace that the world
cannot give or take away.
9.
His government will increase and His peace
will have no end. This great gift of
peace is given and will increase as we abide in Him.
10.
He will sit on the throne of David. He is the eternal one who will reign and rule
on the throne of David. He is of the
house and line of David,
11.
Upon His kingdom. A
12.
It shall be order or have characteristics
of judgment and justice.
13.
This rule, Sovereignty and reign will be
forever or without end.
14.
The zeal, power and intention of the Lord
will fulfill this. This is who Jesus is
and so much more.
