The Map – Twenty Six
The Lord reminds you today that our lives will be blessed
when we obey His word. We are in the
Lord`s School of obedience. Obedience is
not a negative thing but positive. It
will keep you from being hurt, or destroyed.
Never look at the things of God as something to be dreaded but
loved. The things of God will give you
life. The things of this world bring
only death and destruction. The devil
has taken the things that are good and have twisted them and made them bad. It is his device of deception.
That is why
we must pray like Ezra that our eyes would be opened to see the wonderful
things in the Bible. His word is the
device to allow us to see the greatness of God and heaven. That is why we must pray constantly for our eyes
to be opened and stay open. We need to
have a clear vision of the heavenly realm which is only done by the Holy Spirit
and the Word of God. The Word of God is
the one map in life that we can trust.
There are many manmade compasses and maps but they are built on man`s
ideas and thoughts. Man will never
possess the thoughts of God. We will
always look at things from man’s perspective.
The Lord
has a new plan for man a plan of redemption, salvation and victory. Step into that plan and enjoy both eternal
and abundant life. You were destined and
called to this. This life is offered to
everyone but only those who choose to receive and live in it will truly live. You can and will be an instrument of peace. You can bring God’s kingdom and victory into
your life and others as you yield yourself to the Holy Spirit. Yield to Him and truly be living in the victory
and reality of eternal life. Jesus said
that he has come to give you, life with abundance. Walk in that abundance today by using the
