The vision clear

May 24 – The vision clear – Rev 9:17

Vs 17 – John relates that this event is part of his greater vision.  John is wide awake here.  A dream is something you experience when you are sleeping.  A vision is something you see and experience when you are awake and conscious.  He saw horses and those who sat on them.  They had breastplates of fire.  They were an orange, red color.  Jacinth is a hard gemstone similar to a diamond but not as hard.  They had brimstone which is an alternate name for sulphur which is a main product in creating combustion.  Early forms of explosives had sulphur as one of their main ingredients.  Also sulphur is a yellow color.  It is also a main ingredient in hell and hades in Biblical writings. 

     The heads of the horses were lions known for their fierceness, ruthlessness and courage.  Whoever these individuals are they will show no mercy.  Out of their mouth will come fire, smoke and brimstone.  Many have speculated that these creatures are actually the modern day tank.  There are currently throughout the world about 125,000 tanks.  Obviously during the tribulation that number will skyrocket if these are indeed tanks.  Whatever these are these creatures are agents of death and destructions.
