The Person of God.

     The Lord would have you to know that there are seven things He is looking in His people and they are as follows.  You must love the Lord, first of all with all your heart, soul, mind and strength.  Anything less is not what the Lord wants.  He loves you completely and gave you the very best which was His Son.  Next.  You are to love His word.  The Bible is the Lord`s will, plans and purposes for your life.  It contains both His promises and commandments.  You cannot truly please the Lord if you do not know what He wants you to do and that is why the Bible, the word of God is so important. 

     Thirdly the Lord wants to commune and spend time with you as often as He can.  He is the lover of your soul and the light of your life.  Prayer is the vehicle in which He communicates with you.  Prayer is that one on one time with your Lord.  He talks to you and you talk with Him.  It is in this place where your petitions, supplications, praise and worship happens.  A true person of God knows this and makes this their priority.  You will never be powerful, purposeful or anointed without prayer.

    Fourthly, a person of God shares their faith.  They have the greatest message ever and it is selfish to keep it oneself.  Jesus commanded His disciples to go into their world and preach the gospel.  This is a command not an option.  You have the message and means to set the captive free.  You are anointed to do this so make it happen and see people touched by you for the glory of God.

     Next, the child of God and person of God will have a servant attitude.  If you want to great in God`s kingdom you have to be the servant of all.  If you want to be exalted the first thing you have to do is humble yourself.  If you humble yourself in the Lord He will lift you up.  Humility shows that God has control of your life.  You will put others before yourself.  You understand what God Himself did for you.  Jesus when He was on the earth made Himself of no reputation but chose to humble Himself and do the will of God.  He is your example and role model.  Do this and you will be doing the will of God.

     Sixthly. You choose to exhibit the fruit of the Spirit.  You are the temple of the Holy Spirit.  He wishes to release in your life His gifts and fruit.  As a temple your primary goal is to glorify and exalt the Lord.  You are not a tavern, porno place or pleasure palace.  You are a temple a place where God lives and dwells.

     Lastly. You love the body of Christ.  The church is Christ`s body and expression of the will and plans of God.  True love is shown by the way we love one another.  You cannot love God and not love His church.  It is impossible.  The church is the Lord`s creation.  These seven qualities show you are His and His alone.  So today exhibit the Lord and show His Lordship in your life
