True fitness

It is Thursday and here is a thought for you today.  True fitness is never about physical prowess but what is in the mind and heart.  Let you mind and heart but on the Lord and let Him take you places you never thought you go and do things you never thought you would do.  Remember the steps of a good person are order by the Lord.  Let Him or you steps and keep your mind and heart on Him.  You will be truly fit.
